Requirement: Interim Accounting Services – Financial Analyst
The client had recently experienced turnover within their leadership team, specifically in the Financial Analyst function. Generally, it takes clients 3-6 months to find qualified replacements. The client engaged ProNexus to provide staff augmentation services to maintain productivity of the department until they ultimately hired a replacement.
ProNexus was responsible for updating spreadsheets for budget analysis, updating reconciliations to the interim cut-off date, assisting in Accounts Payable, meeting reporting deadlines and pulling together information in preparation of the year end audit, and other projects requested on an as needed basis. ProNexus assigned a consultant with industry specific experience at a Controller level. Once the replacement was identified, ProNexus provided knowledge transfer and helped to transition the new hire accordingly.
