It is common for all of us to take on more tasks than our desired potential. This can often result in stress and burnout.

Delegation is not running away from your responsibilities but is an important function of management. Learn the art of delegating work to your subordinates as per their skills and abilities in order to get more achieved.

(2) Schedule Tasks & Prioritize Work

Make a simple ‘To Do’ list before you start each day. Prioritize the tasks and focus on the essentials. Make sure these tasks are attainable too.

To better manage your time, make 3 lists: work, home, and personal.

Proiritize each list of tasks that need your immediate attention – unimportant tasks can consume much of your precious time. Some urgent tasks need to be completed on that day, while other tasks could be carried forward to the next day.

Make time for yourself, 10-15 minute breaks can help refocus when working on time-consuming projects. Too much stress can take a toll on your body and affect your productivity.

Even better, schedule your break times. It helps you to relax and get back to work with the energy you need to complete the project.

In conclusion, these practical time management tips, start from listing out everything you need to do, prioritize and decide what should be delegated to others. THen schedule the tasks with deadlines set and schedule your break times too.
