The client is an early stage research health facility in Upstate, NY who recently developed a breakthrough technology within the medical device industry that has expanded the market opportunities for revenue growth to exist. The client was in need of a defined and systematic Sales Model, Sales Method, Sales Operating System/Sales Development Plan to drive these new markets. The client was also in need of hiring a Director of Sales, Operations Officer and Technology Officer.
ProNexus was engaged by the client to provide project and program management, assessing the current situation and offering solutions on how to enable the design and execution of a profitable revenue growth strategy. ProNexus partnered with an Award-Winning Sales Trainer and Executive Coach to implement a unique sales operating system. This proven system of consultative selling was installed in order to create a uniform framework to grow sales for the organization. This sales model provided the client with a structure to manage resources as it grows revenue and scales the distribution of its patented technology.
