The client is a utility and site contractor in Upstate NY that specializes in water and sewer work, earth moving, and asphalt paving for: subdivisions, roadway projects, and large site development projects. The client identified the need for interim F&A assistance, during a planned transition in leadership.

ProNexus assigned a consultant with a wide array of financial operations experience to take immediate ownership of undocumented duties and continue handling all standard responsibilities: payroll, job costing, and monthly close.
