ProNexus Engaged To Assist In Expanding Local Healthcare Organization

Business Situation:

The client had the vision to broaden the types of services they provide and build their healthcare business in a new territory within a short amount of time. In order to achieve this vision, the client was in need of project management and network development for an expanding, high-quality healthcare model. To meet their organizational goals, the client began investigating a solution that would not add the cost of additional overhead.

ProNexus Solution:

ProNexus was engaged by the client to provide consulting services, assigning two of our Senior Accounting and Finance Managers with extensive industry experience. ProNexus assisted the client in performing key roles including project planning, network documentation, team oversight, and contract coordination. ProNexus rapidly brought the client up to speed by outlining the short-term and long-term requirements, providing the appropriate documentation needed to move the project plan forward, and implementing the communication process to expand the client’s business.

Despite the small size of the client’s staff and the short time frame of the project, ProNexus was still able to provide support and help the client reach its objectives of business growth.
