Business Situation:

The client had recently experienced turnover within their leadership team, specifically in the Financial Analyst function. Generally, it takes clients 3-6 months to find qualified replacements. The client engaged ProNexus to provide staff augmentation services to maintain productivity of the department until they ultimately hired a replacement.

ProNexus Solution:

ProNexus was responsible for updating spreadsheets for budget analysis, updating reconciliations to the interim cut-off date, assisting in Accounts Payable, meeting reporting deadlines, and pulling together information in preparation for the year-end audit, and other projects requested on an as-needed basis. ProNexus assigned a consultant with industry-specific experience at a Controller level. Once the replacement was identified, ProNexus provided knowledge transfer and helped to transition the new hire accordingly.
