Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000

 

Position Description

Parkview Health Services is looking for their next Senior FP&A Analyst. This person will perform functions to identify, lead, and guide any range of strategic and operational initiatives to create tangible, near-term value and advance the organization's strategy, working across all segments of the organization, using broad conceptual judgement, and making decisions for which there is little precedent. 

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis and fact finding to identify key priorities for the business.
  • Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools. Communicate findings and plans to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Discover and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing healthcare landscape.
  • Serve as thought leader for business processes, developing systems that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
  • Conduct daily analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
  • Work with senior leadership and other key stakeholders to clarify objectives, resources required, and timing.
  • Drive improvement process to ensure all elements and resources within the organization are aligned behind opportunity, and successfully completed within target timelines.
  • Provide problem solving and analytical support to initiatives; ensure a common understanding of key issues exists among all stakeholders, and develop and test root cause solutions for significant, sustainable results.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of tracking mechanisms to monitor and quantify results and to initiate early and informed response to implement corrective action.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for near-term direction of the organization, including opportunities for geographic or product expansion and/or revision, or enhancement of external stakeholder value proposition.
  • Interview, select, train, and onboard department team members. Provide direction and mentoring, develop, and communicate performance metrics and execute performance reviews for Business Analyst team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrated leader with drive and strong collaborative skills.

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Management, Mathematics, or other related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics development.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing multiple projects in a team environment.
  • Experience independently structuring and executing complex analyses.
  • Advanced software skills in Microsoft Office with high proficiency in Excel. High proficiency with SQL and database management.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmacy companies is preferred.
